Rachel is passionate about providing individualized care to support patients’ health and well-being by leveraging her diverse experiences and knowledge to ease suffering and promote healing.

Awarded the prestigious Compassionate Healer Award by her alma mater, New England School of Acupuncture; recognizes Rachel’s commitment to patient-centered healthcare through education and empowerment.

Rachel is trained in diverse acupuncture/East Asian Medicine traditions, advanced training in yoga, and earned a degree in nutritional science. She enjoys supporting families; when each member is feeling well, the dynamic shifts to support the health and vitality of the family.

Additional highlights include: 500-hr Registered Yoga Teacher, a B.S. in Nutrition, Reiki II practitioner, and over a decade of non-profit and AmeriCorps service before being called to change her career. Rachel is a toddler mom, enjoys spending time with her family including a dog and cat, and being in nature.

Rachel is licensed in NJ, MA, and NH and Board Certified Diplomate in Oriental Medicine through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
